Burgundy soul. Oregon fingerprinT.
Saker wines are unapologetically elegant.
Structured. Sophisticated. Thoughtful.
They are a true reflection of time, place, and restraint.
We work with two varietals, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We don’t manipulate them to chase trends or fill shelves. We honor the land, the season, and the soul of the vineyard. We let the wines speak for themselves, not a formula or a flavor matrix.
Our winemaking is guided by old-world philosophy. Native fermentation.
Low intervention. Extended aging. No shortcuts. No over-extraction. No fruit bombs.
We produce in limited quantities. Every bottle is crafted for the people who understand that less can be more, if what you’re making truly matters.
Saker never submits wines for ratings.
We believe wine should be about human experience, not numerical scores.
Our wines are crafted by Maayan Koschitzky & Tyler Tennyson from vineyards within the Yamhill-Carlton & Eola-Amity Hills AVAs.
Pinot Noir
Dark-fruited, acid-driven, and built to age. Our Pinot Noirs are serious, structured, and savory, never soft or simple. They’re shaped by the marine sedimentary soils of Yamhill-Carlton and finished with intention, not indulgence.
Chardonnay
Textured, mineral, and quietly powerful. Our Chardonnay is modeled after the white Burgundies we admire, but they carry a distinctly Oregon fingerprint. Elegant and alive, with a rich, salty edge. It’s not an afterthought. It’s a cornerstone.
A dry growing season with cool nights and modest yields created ideal conditions for flavor concentration and structural balance. The result is a vintage of vibrancy and age-worthy depth. Native fermentations and minimal intervention guided each wine to express its truest self. The wines are structured, elegant, and alive.
